Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Shopify Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, customizing, and maintaining Shopify stores to enhance user experience and meet business goals. You will play a crucial role in creating high-quality e-commerce solutions, optimizing website performance, and integrating third-party tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify themes and templates.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers to translate designs into responsive and functional Shopify websites.
  • Optimize Shopify stores for speed, performance, and SEO.
  • Integrate third-party tools and APIs, including payment gateways, shipping services, and marketing platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Shopify stores, themes, or applications.
  • Build custom Shopify apps or modify existing ones to meet specific requirements.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce and Shopify development.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Shopify Developer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Shopify’s Liquid templating language and the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with Shopify APIs and app integrations.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Shopify Plus and custom app development.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, CRO, and UX design.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Figma.
